Besides his caterer’s usual activities, Jacques Barrère, who firstly worked in Paris, is an ambassador of the local cooking of Haute Bigorre: the famous “Porc Noir de Bigorre” (local black pork), “Haricots Tarbais” (local beans) or also “L’oignon de Trébons” (local onion)…
With his team, he will promote local products in your plates with a large variety of fresh products.
He also creates buffet dinners, business meals, birthday or wedding dinners in the private rooms of the Carré Py’ Hôtel and soon in “La Fabrique”.
His boutique of ready-made meal of local products will allow you to leave the Pyrenes with specialities of the region.
There will be also a wine bar in a friendly and festive spirit.
